Energetický průmysl Ázerbájdžánu a snahy Ruské Federace a Turecka o rozšíření sfér vlivu

Abstract:

Tato práce se zabývá bezpečností energetického sektoru v kavkazské oblasti. Cílem práce je určit významné geopolitické hráče v kavkazském regionu a identifikovat jejich vliv na Ázerbajdžán a jeho energetický průmysl. Hlavním cílem je určit sféry vlivu Turecké republiky a Ruské Federace pomocí analýzy sfér vlivu a diskurzivní analýzy. Teoretická část této práce je zaměřena na význam termínů a na teorie spojené s regionálním rozvojem, sílou státnosti, sférami vlivu, sekuritizací a energetickým bezpečnostním komplexem. Metodická část teoreticky popisuje komparativní analýzu a diskurzivní analýzu a sběr dat, které pro budou v těchto analýzách použity. Analytická část již čerpá ze všech poznatků z předchozích částí a nejprve se zaměřuje na kavkazský region, a následně zkoumá sílu státnosti Ázerbajdžánu. Následně je provedeno Kvantitativní a kvalitativní porovnání sfér vlivu. Analýza ukazuje jak je země ovlivňována venkovními aktéry. Tuto část uzavírá analýza energetických bezpečnostích komplexů aplikovaná na zkoumané státy. Závěrečná diskuze pak přínáší komplexní obraz energetické situace v oblasti a vlivu zmíněných aktérů.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the security of the energy sector in the Caucasus region. The aim of the thesis is to identify significant geopolitical players in the Caucasus region and identify their impact on Azerbaijan and its energy industry. The main objective is to determine the spheres of influence of the Republic of Turkey and the Russian Federation by analyzing spheres of influence and discourse analysis. The theoretical part of this thesis focuses on the importance of terms and on theories associated with regional development, the power of statehood, the spheres of influence, securitizations and the energy security complex. The methodological part theoretically describes comparative analysis and discourse analysis and data collection, which will be used in these analyzes. The analytical part draws on all of the lessons learned from the preceding parts and first focuses on the Caucasus region and then examines the strength of the statehood of Azerbaijan. Subsequently, a quantitative and qualitative comparison of spheres of influence is made. The analysis shows how the country is influenced by foreign actors. This part concludes the analysis of energy security complexes applied to the studied states. The final discussion brings a comprehensive picture of the energy situation in the area and influence of the aforementioned actors.
