Abstract:
Práce se zabývá právní úpravou bankovní licence. Zaměřuje se na právní předpisy s ní související jako je zákon o bankách, zákon o ČNB a bankovní směrnice EU. Dále popisuje správní řízení, ve kterém je udělena licence. Zmíněny jsou podmínky nutné ke splnění pro udělení licence spolu s popisem obsahu žádosti o licenci. My thesis is focused on the legal treatment of the banking licence, so I have described the law of banking, the law of the Czech National Bank and banking directions of the European Union. Also my thesis has described the administrative process where the bank can be given.
