Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zmapováním problematiky srážek ze mzdy v podobě exekucí a insolvence z pohledu plátce mzdy. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část popisuje veškeré formy exekucí a insolvence, jejich náležitosti a způsoby řešení. V praktické části se tyto poznatky aplikují na konkrétní případy.Přínosem práce je promítnutí problematiky mzdové agendy u pracovníků postižených insolvencí či exekucí do konkrétního příkladu.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis discusses the issue of payroll deductions in the form of distraint and insolvency from the perspective of the payer. The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes all forms of distraint and insolvency, their requirements and ways of solving possible solutions. In the practical part, these findings are applied to specific cases.The main contribution of this thesis is the reflection of the issue of payroll for workers affected by insolvency or distraint into specific examples
