Rušení klášterů v Brně za Josefa II.

Abstract:
Josef II. svými reformami výrazně ovlivnil život v rakouské monarchii. Dvorským dekretem z 12. ledna 1782 nařizoval zrušení těch klášterů, které se nezabývaly vzdělávací a charitativní činností. Ve městě Brně se tento dekret týkal sedmi církevních institucí (čtyř mužských a tří ženských) z celkového počtu třinácti klášterů, které na území města Brna působily v době zahájení vlády Josefa II.
Abstract:
The reforms of Joseph II substantially affected the life of Austrian monarchy. Statutory order of January 12, 1782 commanded the liquidation of those cloisters that were not engaged in educational and charity activities.
