Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce poskytuje přehled evropské a ruské legislativy týkající se oblasti energetiky. První tři kapitoly popisují pozadí, které má vliv na následnou legislativní činnost. Následující kapitoly jsou věnovány samotné energetické legislativě. Cílem je přiblížit evropskou a ruskou právní úpravu, která ovlivňuje vzájemné ekonomické a politické vztahy.
Abstract:
This bachelor's thesis provides an overview of European and Russian legislation concerning the field of energy supply. The first three chapters describe the background which shapes further legislative activity. The following chapters are devoted to the energy legislation itself.
