V teoretické části mé bakalářské práce jsem se zaměřil na právní hlediska sebeobrany. Poté jsem se zabýval psychologickou a taktickou stránkou sebeobrany, neboť ovlivňují náš výkon v sebeobraně. V praktické části mé práce jsem pojednával o nezbytných dovednostech sebeobrany, jako jsou například kopy, údery a kryty. In theoretical part of my bachelor thesis I focused on law aspects of self-defense. Then I deal with psychically and tactical side of self-defense, which affect our performance in self-defense. The practical part deals with skills which are necessary in self-defense, such as kicks, strikes and blocks.
