Design of Cartesian 3D Printer Control Using Industry 4.0 Principles

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on creating a Cartesian 3D printer using the principles of Industry 4.0. The printer will utilise advanced technologies such as sensors for data collection, process automation, and control through software algorithms. The result will be a device with a partial level of intelligence, capable of quickly and accurately printing 3D objects. This design also connects the printer to the internet, allowing users to remotely monitor and control printing tasks via a mobile application or web interface. Overall, this Cartesian 3D printer design using Industry 4.0 principles will bring benefits such as increased productivity, minimised printing errors, and optimised operational costs.

Abstract:

Tahle práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření 3D tiskárny v kartézské soustavě s využitím zásad průmyslu 4.0. Tato tiskárna bude schopna využívat pokročilé technologie jako jsou senzory pro sběr dat, automatizaci procesů a řízení pomocí softwarových algoritmů. Výsledkem bude zařízení s částečnou úrovní inteligence, které bude schopno rychle a přesně tisknout 3D objekty. Tento návrh zahrnuje také možnost připojení tiskárny k internetu. Využití této tiskárny bude také umožňovat uživatelům monitorovat a řídit tiskové úlohy na dálku pomocí mobilní aplikace nebo webového rozhraní. Celkově bude tento návrh kartézské 3D tiskárny s využitím zásad průmyslu 4.0 přinášet výhody jako zvýšení produktivity, minimalizaci chyb při tisku, optimalizaci provozních nákladů.
