Cílem diplomové práce je přiblížit problematiku cestovního ruchu a to především z hlediska tvorby cen zájezdů. Autorka představuje různé kalkulační systémy a varianty metod sestavování cen. Zvláštní pozornost věnuje problematice cestovní kanceláře a agentury. Uvádí jejich klasifikace, poskytované služby a charakterizuje smlouvu o zájezdu. Abstract:
The thesis is aimed on describing the tourism issue, especially in terms of determining the tour prices. The author presents various calculation systems and methods of pricing. Particular attention is focused on the issue of travel agencies. She introduces their classification and provided service and she characterizes the tour contract.
