Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou úvěrů. V práci jsou popsány základní druhy úvěrů, průběh jejich poskytování, čerpání a splácení. Jsou zde uvedena i rizika, která souvisí s poskytováním úvěrů. Větší pozornost je věnována hypotečním úvěrům, avšak pro porovnání jsou zde blíže charakterizovány i podnikatelské úvěry. The thesis is concerned with the issue of loans. Next to their main types, the process of loaning, i.e. providing, drawing and rendering the loans, is being described as well as the risks connected to their provision.
