Analysis of Employee Training in Selected Departments of Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports

Abstract:

Diplomová práce pod názvem "Analýza vzdělávání zaměstnanců na vybraných odbo-rech Ministerstva školství, mládeže a tělovýchovy" pojednává o problematice dalšího vzdělávání zaměstnanců v reálně existující organizaci, kde autor diplomové práce působí. Teoretická východiska diplomové práce popisují vzdělávání v systému řízení lidských zdrojů a snaží se poukázat na jeho důležitost. Dále je velká pozornost věnována motivaci ke vzdělávání. Poslední část teoretické části patří strategii řízení operačního programu Vzdělávání pro konkurenceschopnost, která přibližuje využívání projektů z Evropského sociálního fondu pro oblast dalšího vzdělávání. Výzkumným šetřením je zjištěna úroveň motivace ke vzdělávání a hodnocení nabídky dalšího vzdělávání z pohledu zaměstnanců na jednotlivých odborech MŠMT. Výsledkem práce je stanovení závěrů šetření a dopadů na organizaci, ve které je výzkum realizován.

Abstract:

The diploma thesis "Analysis of work education in particular departments in the Ministry of education, youth and sports" is dealing with the issue of further work education in real existing institution. The author of the thesis is currently working in this institution. The theoretical basis describes education and training from the human resources point of view and it tries to express its importance. Instead of that, it is focused on the issue how to motivate and to encourage employees to further education. The last part of the theoretical basis describes what the management strategy of Operational Program Education for Competitiveness is. It also explains the system of project management and how drawing of European Social Fund supports further education. In empirical part, there is an introduction to provided survey and set hypothesis. The survey brings findings how motivated are the employees in particular departments in the MEYS. It also comes with the evaluation of offered courses and trainings in further education. In conclusion, the results are presented together with recommended suggestions and possible impacts in the future.
