Design of a gas boiler in ENERGY Ústí nad Labem

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je navrhnout parní kotel na spalování zemního plynu s ohledem na splnění emisních limitů u kotlů spalujících hnědé energetické uhlí. V práci je stručně popsán teplárenský provoz a emisní limity stávajících práškových parních kotlů. Parametry páry navrhovaného kotle jsou zvoleny s ohledem na provoz. Z parametrů paliva je vypočítána stechiometrie spalin. Ze stechiometrických výpočtů je vypočítána entalpie spalin v závislosti na teplotě. Je proveden výpočet tepelných ztrát parního kotle. Z obsahu tepla ve spalinách je navržena teplota na konci ohniště a proveden tepelný výpočet ohniště. Dále je proveden bilanční výpočet parametrů pracovního média na teplosměnných plochách. Je navrženo provozní řízení výkonu kotlů, pomocí regulace výkonu kotlů stávajících, spalující hnědé energetické uhlí a navrhovaného kotle na spalování zemního plynu v teplárenském provozu.

Abstract:

The goal of this diploma work is to design a steam boiler for combustion of natural gas with regard to meeting emission limits for boilers burning brown energetic coal. The thesis briefly describes operations of the heating plant and emission limits of existing powder steam boilers. The steam parameters of the proposed boiler are selected with respect to operation. The flue gas stoichiometry is calculated from the fuel parameters. From stoichiometric calculations, the enthalpy of flue gas is calculated as a function of temperature. Calculated is also heat loss from steam boiler. From the heat content of the flue gas, a temperature at the end of the hearth is proposed and a heat calculation of the hearth is carried out. Furthermore, a balance calculation of working medium parameters on heat transfer surfaces is performed. Proposed is operational control of the boiler output by means of the regulation of the output of the existing boilers burning brown energetic coal and the proposed natural gas burning boiler in the heating plant.
