Abstract:
Zájem o oprávnění a povinnosti příslušníků Policie ČR roste. Často chybí povědomí o tom, jaké pravomoci má policista a jaká jsou práva občana v kontaktu s nimi. Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na analýzu a přiblížení oprávnění a povinností Policie ČR.
Abstract:
Interest in the competencies and obligations of the Police of the Czech Republic is growing. There is often a lack of awareness of the powers of police officers and the rights of citizens in contact with them. This bachelor thesis aims to analyze and present the competencies and obligations of the Police of the Czech Republic.
