Abstract:
The bachelor thesis focuses on transcription of Il Demofoonte, opera seria in three acts by Jan Antonín Koželuh, one of the most respected czech composers of his time. The work embodies a kontextualisation of Koželuhs‘ operatic compositional style and his inspiration with so called Neapolitan school.
