Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce je ''Problematika utajovaných informací v oblasti státní správy a podnikatelského sektoru''. Práce se zaměřuje na seznámení se s Národním bezpečnostním úřadem, na jeho činnost a jeho významu. Nejobsáhlejší a nejdůležitější část této práce je zaměřena na celý průběh bezpečnostního řízení o vydání osvědčení fyzické osoby, osvědčení podnikatele a dokladu, a kdo se stává jeho účastníkem. Jaké jsou podmínky pro vydání osvědčení fyzické osoby nebo osvědčení podnikatele. A seznámení se s pojmy, jako je odpovědná osoba, bezpečnostní ředitel, žádost o vydání osvědčení fyzické osoby, osvědčení podnikatele nebo doklad a jaké jsou stupně utajení.

Abstract:

The theme of this work is'' The issue concealed information in the branch of stock administration and business''. The work focuses on familiarization with the National Security Authority, its activities and its importance. The most comprehensive and most important part of this work focus on the process of a safety investigation, issuing of the personnel security clearance certificates, facility security clearance certificates and security eligibility certificates individuals, entrepreneurs and document certification, and who is participant in this process. What are the conditions for getting of the personnel security clearance certificates and explanation of the expressions as responsible person, security director, security clearance request, and facility clearance certificate or document and what the levels of classification are.
