Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá právnymi úkonmi, ktoré vyžadujú posudok vyhotovení znalcom, ich metodickým postupom pri ohodnotení majetku a podniku ako celku. Prvá kapitola je venovaná teoretickým východiskám a vymedzeniu základných pojmov v danej problematike.
