Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá přípravou chalkogenidových tenkých vrstev systému As-S a následným studiem jejich selektivního leptání v různých leptacích lázních. Vakuovým napařováním byly připraveny tenké vrstvy o složení As40S60, As35S65 a As30S70. Byl studován vliv expozice a temperace na rychlost rozpuštění těchto vrstev v aminových bázích a vliv koncentrace a složení leptací lázně na selektivitu …more
Abstract:
This Bachelor´s paper deals with preparation of chalcogenide thin films of system As-S and with study of their selective wet-etching in different etching baths. Thin films of As40S60, As35S65 and As30S70 compositions were prepared by vacuum deposition method.
