Práce je zaměřena na posouzení zda společnost ViskoTeepak, s.r.o. efektivně řídí své transportní náklady. Podkladem pro toto zjištění je provedená analýza přepravních nákladů a výsledky výběrového řízení na dopravce z roku 2008. Výsledky provedených analýz odhalují klíčové nedostatky a skryté rezervy. Diploma thesis is focused on assessing whether the company ViskoTeepak Ltd. effectively manage their transportation costs. The basis for this finding is the analysis of the transport costs and results of the tender for the carrier in 2008. The results of analyzes reveal key shortcomings and hidden reserves.
