Influence of Cold Forming of Steels on their Structure

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce popisuje vliv tváření za studena a tepelného zpracování na mikrostrukturu oceli a její mechanické vlastnosti. V teoretické části jsou objasněny pojmy tváření za studena, tepelné zpracování a metalografie. Praktická část se zabývá experimentálním vyhodnocením mechanických vlastností a mikrostruktury zkoumaného vzorku. Před tvářením za studena, po tváření za studena, a po dvou variantách rekrystalizačního žíhání. Závěr práce je věnován porovnání naměřených hodnot v jednotlivých fázích výroby a porovnání dvou variant rekrystalizačního žíhání.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis describes the effect of cold forming and thermal processing on the microstructure of steel and its mechanical properties. In the theoretical part of the thesis the terms cold forming, thermal processing and metallography are clarified. The practical part of the thesis deals with the experimental evaluation of the mechanical properties and microstructure of the examined sample prior to cold forming, after the cold forming, and after the two variants of the recrystallization annealing. The conclusion of the thesis is devoted to the comparison of the values measured during the particular phases of the pro-duction and to the comparison of the two variants of the recrystallization annealing.
