Cieľom diplomovej práce je analyzovať možnosti metódy EFQM a jej využitia v malom a strednom podnikaní. Práca je rozdelená do troch kapitol. Prvá kapitola sa zaoberá systémom kvality, vznikom modelu EFQM, samotným modelom EFQM a jeho štruktúrou, ktorá zahŕňa rozdelenie a opis jeho deviatich kritérií..
