Abstract:
Tato práce se věnuje problematice strukturovaných dluhopisů. Za strukturovaný dluhopis je v této práci považován investiční nástroj, jehož struktura se sestává z dluhového cenného papíru a performance složky, která je reprezentována derivátem jiného investičního instrumentu, např. akcie nebo se jedná o dluhopis zajištěný jiným dluhovými instrumenty. This thesis deals with problems of structured bonds. I consider structured bond to be a investment tool composed of debt certificate and of a performace part, which is represented by a derivate of other invesment asset, f.e. an equity or bond which is backed by pool of other assets, typically loans, mortgages etc. Introductory chapter provides definition of structured bonds, describes its basic characteristics …more
