Influence of the employement policy in the Czech republic on the employement structure in the field of tourist industry

Abstract:

Diplomová práce je zpracovaná na téma Vliv politiky zaměstnanosti České republiky na strukturu zaměstnanosti v oblasti turismu. V současných podmínkách, kdy je v České republice stále vysoká nezaměstnanost a nedaří se ji snižovat, se jedná o velmi aktuální téma. Práce se v teoretické části zabývá analýzou ekonomické a sociální situace v České republice v oblasti zaměstnanosti od demografické vývoje, po současnou situaci na trhu práce a stavem české pracovní síly a nároky na ni. V teoretické části pojednává dále o opatřeních aktivní politiky zaměstnanosti a motivaci zaměstnavatelů k zaměstnávání osob. Praktická část se zabývá kvantitativním a kvalitativním šetřením u osob, které jsou dlouhodobě nezaměstnané, popř. nedávno po dlouhé době nastoupily do zaměstnání a také názory podnikatelů na úroveň připravenosti uchazečů o zaměstnání a jednání s nimi.

Abstract:

Thesis is the effect of policies on employment Czech Republic to the structure of employment in the tourism sector . Under current conditions, it is in the Czech Republic is still high unemployment and fail to reduce it , this is a very hot topic . Working in the theoretical part analyzes the economic and social situation in the Czech Republic in the employment of demographic development, the current labor market situation and the state of Czech labor force and the demands on her. The theoretical part discusses further the active employment policy measures and incentives for employers to employ people. The practical part deals with the quantitative and qualitative research with people who are long-term unemployed , respectively . recently after a long time , entered into employment and business views on the level of preparedness of job seekers and dealing with them .
