The main aim of bachelor thesis is to highlight the importance of the passage of time in a law and the institutes associated with them, limitation and prescription. Time as an objective legal fact significantly affects to the civil relations. Cieľom bakalárskej práce je poukázať na význam plynutia času v práve a na inštitúty s tým spojené, a to na premlčanie a preklúziu. Čas ako objektívna právna skutočnosť významnou mierou zasahuje do občianskoprávnych vzťahov.
