Personality of the Teacher and Burnout in his Profession

Abstract:

V teoretické části jsou zpracovány základní poznatky osobnosti člověka - učitele, vliv příznivých faktorů ovlivňujících jeho práci, syndrom vyhoření a metody, kterými je možné míru psychického vyhoření zjišťovat. Praktická část se zabývá vyhodnocováním výsledků získaných provedeným výzkumem na 2.stupni základních škol u učitelů ve městě Brně i okolí a na kontrolních skupinách ve městě Brně u běžné populace. Cílem výzkumu je najít odpověď na otázku, zda jsou učitelé základních škol psychicky vyhořelí více než běžná populace, v čemž zároveň vidím i přínos své diplomové práce.

Abstract:

In the theoretical part are worked up the basic knowledge of human personality – teacher and impression of favourable factors which impress his work, burnout and methods whereby we can determine the size of his burnout. In the practical part you can find result evaluation. The researchs were realized at the second grade of basic schools in Brno and Brno surroundings. The next research were realized with control group of common population in Brno city. The target of research is to find an answer towards to the question if the teachers of basic schools are more burnout than the common population. I find the profitability of my graduation theses in answering to this question.
