Bakalárska práca sa zaoberá problematikou prania špinavých peňazí. Prvá kapitola je zameraná na definovanie prania špinavých peňazí s opisom procesov zamedzujúcich tejto činnosti v EÚ a opatrení FATF. Druhá kapitola analyzuje pranie špinavých peňazí a boj proti praniu špinavých peňazí v podmienkach Slovenskej republiky.
