Abstract:

Tématem bakalářské práce jsou Aspekty sociálního vyloučení v závislosti na poskytování dávek hmotné nouze. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a aplikační část. Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit, jaké aspekty sociálního vyloučení mohou ovlivnit dávky hmotné nouze a jakým způsobem. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na analýzu příslušné legislativy, využití dat Ministerstva práce a sociálních věcí, Českého statistického úřadu a na rešerše odborné literatury. První část teoretické části se věnuje problematice sociálního vyloučení, jeho historii, definicím a uvedení příčin tohoto jevu. Popisuje rovněž systém pomoci v hmotné nouzi, jsou zmíněny jednotlivé dávky tohoto systému a sociální práce s lidmi v hmotné nouzi. Jsou zde také vymezeny vybrané aspekty sociálního vyloučení mající největší vliv na dávky hmotné nouze a způsob jakým tyto dávky ovlivní, či jak se s aspekty v rámci hmotné nouze pracuje. Cílem aplikační části je zjistit, jak a v čem sociální práce s lidmi pobírajícími dávky pomoci v hmotné nouzi ovlivňuje sociálního vyloučení těchto osob. Aplikační část je zaměřena na analýzu problému z praxe, která je zpracována formou komparace kazuistik. Kazuistiky vycházejí výhradně ze spisové dokumentace klientů hmotné nouze. Je zkoumáno, do jaké míry je sociální práce na hmotné nouzi schopna posunout klienta ze sociálního vyloučení směrem k majoritní společnosti.

Abstract:

The topic of the bachelor thesis is Aspects of social exclusion depending on the provision of material need benefits. The thesis is divided into a theoretical and an application part. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to find out what aspects of social exclusion can affect material need benefits and in what way. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the analysis of the relevant legislation, the use of data from the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, the Czech Statistical Office and the search of professional literature. The first part of the theoretical part is devoted to the problem of social exclusion, its history, definitions and the causes of this phenomenon. It also describes the system of assistance in material need and the individual benefits of this system and social work with people in material need are mentioned. It also defines selected aspects of social exclusion having the greatest impact on material need benefits and the way in which these benefits are affected, or how to work with aspects within the framework of material need. The aim of the application part is to find out how and in what ways social work with people receiving material need benefits affects social exclusion of these people. The application part is focused on the analysis of the problem from practice, which is processed in the form of a comparison of case studies. The case studies are based exclusively on the file documentation of clients in material need. It is examined to what extent social work in material need is able to move the client from social exclusion towards the majority society.
