Opora v partnerovi a okolí pociťovaná ženou v těhotenství

Subjectively perceived support provided to pregnant women by their partner and other people

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá těhotnými ženami, jejich těhotenstvím a partnery a okolím těhotné ženy. Celkovým cílem práce je lepší pochopení psychosociálních faktorů působící na ženu v době těhotenství. V teoretické části je popsán vznik těhotenství, růst plodu, dále je popsán celkově stres a stres v těhotenství a poslední kapitola je věnována partnerovi a rodině těhotné ženy. V teoretické části byly také popisovány studie, které již na tato témata byly provedeny. Ve výzkumné části byla zjišťována míra opory od partnera a ostatních lidí (rodina, přátelé) těhotné ženy, dále byla zjišťována míra stresu a sebeúcty ženy a také byl zjišťován vztah mezi stresem pociťovaným ženou během těhotenství a oporou od partnera a ostatních lidí. Do výzkumu bylo zařazeno 51 těhotných žen, které vyplňovaly dotazník Prenatal Psychosocial Profile (PPP) z roku 1994 od Curry et al., a také odpovídaly pomocí Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). Z výsledků šetření vyplývá, že ženy pociťují během těhotenství jistou míru stresu, zároveň ale pociťují velkou oporu od partnera a o něco menší oporu od ostatních lidí a nakonec během těhotenství ženy pociťují přibližně střední sebeúctu vůči sobě. Mezi stresem a oporou od partnera a ostatních lidí byl vztah, kdy mezi stresem a oporou od ostatních lidí byl o něco málo větší vztah, než mezi stresem a oporou od partnera. Jako doporučení pro výzkum lze uvézt, že by bylo vhodné provést výzkum s dotazníkem Prenatal Psychosocial Profile s větším výzkumným vzorkem a ve více zdravotnických zařízení. Jako doporučení pro praxi lze uvést, že Dotazník Prenatal Psychosocial Profile by mohl být zařazen do prenatální péče o ženu a dítě, kdy pomocí tohoto dotazníku by bylo možné předejít určitým nežádoucím událostem během těhotenství ženy (stresové situace, fyzické násilí, zneužívání).

Abstract:

This master's thesis is dealing with pregnant women, their pregnancy and their partners, and the surroundings of pregnant woman. The aim of this thesis is to better understand the psycho-social factors affecting woman during her pregnancy. In the theoretical part, the creation of pregnancy and the growth of the fetus is described. Further the stress during pregnancy is characterized. The last chapter is dedicated to the partner and the family of the pregnant woman. In the theoretical part studies are described that has been already done on the same topics. In the practical part a level of a support from family and other people (family, friends) to the pregnant woman is investigated. Further the level of stress and a self-respect of the woman is examined. The last thing that is researched is the relationship between the stress perceived by the woman during the pregnancy and the support of her partner and of other people. The survey included 51 pregnant women who filled the questionnaire Prenatal Psychosocial Profile (PPP) by Curry et al. (1994). They were also responding with Visual Analogue Scale (VAS). The results of the research show that women are affected by a certain level of stress during their pregnancy, nevertheless, they feel a great support from their partner and a bit smaller support from other people, at last women feel approximately medium level of the self-respect towards themselves during the pregnancy. Between the stress and the support from the partner and other people is a relationship, where the stress and the support from other people is more related than the stress and the support of the partner. As a recommendation for the research with a questionnaire Prenatal Psychosocial Profile, greater research sample of women and greater number of medical centres would be sufficient to carry out the research on. As a recommendation for the practice the questionnaire Prenatal Psychosocial Profile could be classified to prenatal care of the woman and the baby, where by answering this questionnaire it is possible to avoid certain undesirable events during the pregnancy (stressful situations, physical violence, and abuse).
