Práce je zaměřena na analýzu cestovní kanceláře Exim tours. Nejprve jsou vymezeny základní pojmy, poté je obecně charakterizována cestovní kancelář, její funkce a jsou přiblíženy podmínky podnikání cestovních kanceláří.
