Abstract:

Diplomová práce s názvem „Korelace různých metod měření rohovkových parametrů“ je rozdělena na část teoretickou a část výzkumnou. V teoretické části je popsána rohovka a její anatomicko-histologická stavba, nervové zásobení rohovky, výživa rohovky a také důležitost slzného filmu. Další kapitoly jsou věnovány charakteristice základních rohovkových parametrů a stručnému popisu astigmatismu. V poslední kapitole teoretické části je obsažen výčet vybraných přístrojů určených k měření rohovkových parametrů. Také jsou zde vysvětleny funkce a principy, které od sebe jednotlivé přístroje odlišují. Ve výzkumné části diplomové práce jsou mezi sebou navzájem porovnány metody měření poloměru křivosti přední plochy rohovky ve dvou hlavních meridiánech, a to pomocí autokeratorefraktometru a DNEye Scanneru. Výsledky měření jsou statisticky vyhodnoceny.

Abstract:

Thesis with the titled "The correlation of different methods of measuring corneal parameters" is divided into theoretical part and practical part. In the theoretical part initially the cornea and its anatomical-histological structure, then nervous supply of the cornea, corneal nutrition and the importance of tear film are described. In the following chapters characteristics of basic corneal parameters and a brief description of astigmatism are explained. In the last chapter of the theoretical part selected instruments designed for measuring corneal parameters are described. The functions and principles that distinguish the individual devices are also explained here. In the practical part of the diploma thesis, the methods of measuring the radii of curvature of the anterior surface of the cornea in two main meridians using an autokeratorefractometer and DNEye Scanner are compared. The measurement results are statistically evaluated and plotted in graphs.
