The Analysis of Variances in Profit Development

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zabývá odchylkami zisku a jejich analýzou. Odchylek existuje velké množství, mezi ty nejčastěji vyhodnocované patří odchylka prodejní ceny, variabilních nákladů, fixních nákladů a objemu výkonu. Odchylky mohou být způsobeny, jak vnitřními, tak vnějšími faktory. V teoretické části je popsán postup zjištění odchylek při homogenní produkci i nehomogenní produkci. Aplikační část se zabývá společností Siko a.s. a jejími odchylkami od zisku. Odchylky jsou vypočítané v rámci dvou let – 2019, 2020 a pro dva produktové typy: vany a baterie. V závěru práce je provedena analýza vzniklých odchylek.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis concern is profit variances and the analysis of them. There are a variety of variances, among the most frequently studied are the variance of selling price, variable costs, fixed costs and output volume. Variances can be caused by either internal or external factors. In the theoretical part, the procedure for determining variances in homogeneous production and nonhomogeneous production is outlined. The application part adresses the company Siko a.s. and its profit variances. Variances are calculated for the two years – 2019, 2020 and for two product types: bathtubs and faucets. At the end of the work, an analysis of the variances is performed.
