Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá úpravou postavení vedoucího zaměstnance a hodnotí fungování této právní úpravy porovnáním s praxí. Práce je rozdělena do šesti kapitol, přičemž zhodnocení právní úpravy porovnáním s praxí je obsaženo v kapitole páté. This bachelor's thesis deals with the legislation on the status of chief employee and assesses the functioning of such legislation in comparison with practice. The work is divided into six chapters whereas the assessment of the legislation in comparison with practice is included in the fifth chapter.
