Abstract:
D-Dimery jsou degradační produkty zesíťovaného fibrinu, které vznikají během procesu fibrinolýzy. Tyto fragmenty se stanovují u pacientů s podezřením na trombofilii, která může vyústit v tromboembolickou nemoc. Abstract:
D-Dimers are degradation products of cross-linked fibrin which are formed during the process of fibrinolysis. These fragments are determined in patients with suspected thrombophilia, which may result in thromboembolic disease.
