Integration of disabled individuals into the labour market

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá integrací zdravotně postižených do pracovního procesu v Česku a v Německu. Cílem bude porovnat pomoc při integraci zdravotně postižených do pracovního procesu v těchto dvou zemích. V teoretické části se zabývám důležitými pojmy této problematiky, zdravotním postižením, pomocí států zdravotně postiženým v integraci do pracovního procesu a problémy vznikajícími při integraci zdravotně postižených do práce. V praktické části jsou provedeny rozhovory se zaměstnanci organizací poskytující pracovní rehabilitace, s osobní asistentkou a dvěma osobami s handicapem, aby bylo zjištěno, jaké pomoci se zdravotně postiženým dostává a jaký je pohled lidí s postižením na práci. Na základě zjištěných informací se poměrně liší pomoc při integraci od obou státu, co se výrazně neliší jsou procesy pracovní rehabilitace, které jsou u obou zemí principiálně velmi podobné.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with the integration of disabled people into the labor market in the Czech Republic and Germany. The aim will be to compare the assistance in the integration of the disabled into the work process in these two countries. In the theoretical part, I will discuss the important concepts of this issue, disability, the assistance of the states to the disabled in the integration into the work process, and the problems arising in the integration of the disabled into work. In the practical part, interviews are conducted with employees of organizations providing vocational rehabilitation, a personal assistant, and two persons with disabilities to find out what kind of assistance the disabled receive and what is the perspective of people with disabilities on work. Based on the information found, the integration assistance from the two countries is quite different; what is not significantly different are the vocational rehabilitation processes, which are very similar in principle for both countries.
