Tato rigorózní práce se zabývá Panevropským osobním penzijním produktem (PEPP). Cílem právní úpravy PEPP je nabídnout alternativu k stávajícím penzijním produktům. Nejedná se typově o nový finanční produkt, svojí povahou může jít o pojistný produkt, vklad nebo investiční produkt. This thesis deals with the Pan-European Personal Pension Product (PEPP). The main goal of the PEPP legislation is to complement existing pension products. PEPP is not a new type of financial product, it can be an insurance product, a deposit or an investment product.
