Diplomová práce se zabývá projektovou přípravou a samotným projektem nového wellness centra v Kroměříži. This thesis deals with project preparation and by the project itself new wellness center in Kroměříž. With marketing analysis and marketing mix I characterize place where the new center was created and qualifies the offer and the demand for such facilities in the city.
