Influence of interaction of the training on chosen elements of tennis player´s stroke technique in age from 10 to 12 years.

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou trénování tenisu dětí ve věku 10-12 let. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsme charakterizovali tenis a popsali základní techniku forhendu na základě odborné literatury. Zaměřili jsme se na biomechaniku tenisu, pohybové dovednosti, období mladšího a staršího školního věku a sportovní trénink. V praktické části jsme se zabývali testováním probandů a statistickým zpracováním naměřených dat. Cílem této práce bylo dokázat, zda dojde ke zlepšení techniky vybraných aspektů úderové techniky u tenistů ve věku 10-12 let, po aplikaci námi vytvořeného tréninkového plánu v rozsahu dvanácti tréninkových jednotek. Výzkumný soubor tvořili hráči tenisového oddílu v Litoměřicích. K získání hodnot jsme použili metodu pozorování. Probandi byli hodnoceni pomocí číselných škál. Dle výsledných hodnot jsme došli k závěru, že náš tréninkový plán byl účinný, neboť pozitivně ovlivnil výkony hráčů. Smyslem práce je pomoct trenérům s aplikací účinného tréninku u mladých hráčů a přispět tak k zlepšení kvality trénování tenisu.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis is focusing on the topic of training tennis with children in the age category from 10 to 12 years old. The thesis is splited up into two sections. The first section is focusing on the theoretical part of this thesis. The theoretical section is handling the basic technique of the forehand, which is based on scientific literature. We were interested in the tennis biomechanics, motor skills of pupils of younger and older school age and in the sport training. The second section was focusing on the practical part of this thesis. In the practical section we were dealing with testing experimentees and compile the measured data into statistical data analysis. The main hypothesis was that if young experimentees in age from 10 to 12 years old will get better in chosen aspects of particular tennis technique after the introduction of the training plan which contained 12 training sessions. The goal of this thesis was trying to prove this hypothesis. Our tested sample consisted from the local tennis club players which is based in Litoměřice. The crutial data for the experiment were obtained by observing method. Experimentees were ranked with the help of numbered scales. Due to the test results we came upto the conclusion that our training plan was effective, because we found out the positive correlation between the influence of our training plan and the player´s performence. The purpose of this thesis was to try to help coaches with applying effective training designated for young players and improve the quality od the tennis training.
