Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá faktory, které ovlivňují vznik interpersonálního konfliktu v organizaci. Nejprve je zpracována teoretická typologie konfliktů a jsou identifikovány možné testované faktory. V dalších částech jsou pak analyzovány možné faktory interpersonálních konfliktů na základě dotazníkového šetření provedeného ve vybrané organizaci. Abstract:
This bachelor thesis focuses on factors influencing interpersonal conflict in the organization. First, the theoretical typology of conflicts and possible tested factor are identified. In the following sections, possible factors of interpersonal conflicts are analyzed, based on questionnaire survey conducted in a selected organization.
