Abstract:

MIKULENKOVÁ, V. Zapojení Evropské unie při řešení konfliktu v Sýrii. Diplomová práce. Brno: Mendelova univerzita v Brně, 2019.Tato diplomová práce se zabývá zapojením Evropské unie při řešení konfliktu v Sýrii. Konflikt v Sýrii je největší světovou humanitární krizí, která má značný dopad na syrské obyvatelstvo, okolní region a také Evropu. Z tohoto důvodu se do řešení konfliktu zapojuje mnoho dalších mezinárodních aktérů, kdy jedním z nich je právě Evropská unie. Ta provedla již od počátku konfliktu v roce 2011 řadu zásahů, kterými se snažila situaci zlepšit. Hlavním zaměřením práce je tedy rozebrání jednotlivých zásahů rozdělených na jednotlivá zaměření. Ty jsou rozebrány na základě předem daných faktorů. Poslední část práce se zabývá cíli Evropské unie v jednotlivých zaměřeních a jejich následnému posouzení.

Mendel University in Brno, 2019.This master thesis deals with the involvement of the European union in the solution of the conflict in Syria. The conflict in Syria is the world’s largest humanitarian crisis, which has a significant impact on the Syrian population, the surrounding region and also Europe. For this reason, many other international actors are involved in conflict resolution and European union is one of them. Since the beginning of the conflict in 2011, European union has made a series of responses to improve the situation. The main focus of the thesis is to analyse individual responses divided into individual specializations. These responses are analysed based on predetermined factors. The last part of the thesis deals with the goals of the European union in the individual specializations and their assessment.
