Comparative analysis of information presented by wineries on social network Facebook and websites

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce je zaměřená na komparační analýzu a zhodnocení oficiálních webových stránek třiceti vybraných českých a zahraničních vinařství s jejích profily na sociální sítí Facebook se zaměřením na informace, které lze zjistit z pohledu zákazníka, především o produktech a aktualitách. Mezi cíle této práce spadá i zhodnocení použití dalších sociálních síti vybranými vínařství. První část je zaměřená na vysvětlení pojmů spojených s problematikou internetového marketingu a sociálních médií vypracovaná na základě rešerší odborné literatury a dalších informačních zdrojů. Druhá část je věnovaná představení vybraných zemí a vinařství, analýze jejích oficiálních webových stránek a profilu na Facebook, zhodnocení a grafickému zpracování výsledků. V třetí části je věnován prostor pro doporučení a návrhy, které by mohli vést ke zvýšení atraktivity profilu na Facebook, přehlednosti webových stránek a zlepšení komunikace se zákazníky.

Abstract:

The Bachelor thesis is focused on comparative analysis and evaluation of official websites of thirty selected Czech and foreign wineries with its pages on social network Facebook focusing on information that can be found from the customer's point of view, especially about products and news. The objectives of this work also include the evaluation of the use of other social networks by selected wineries. The first part is focused on explaining the concepts of online marketing and social media based on literature and other information sources. The second part is devoted to the presentation of selected countries and winemaking, analysis of its official websites and pages on Facebook, evaluation and graphic processing of the results. In the third part, there is space for recommendations and suggestions that could lead to Facebook's profile attractiveness, site clarity, and improved customer communication.
