Abstract:

Řízení lidských zdrojů se v uplynulém desetiletí hodně změnilo, objevují se nové výzvy a nové trendy, které jsou využívány odlišně a ovlivňují zaměstnance, personalisty a společnosti. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na analýzu současného a budoucího vývoje strategického řízení lidských zdrojů v podnikatelské praxi. V teoretické části diplomové práce byla popsána základní informace o této problematice, nové trendy a výzvy, jako talent management, outsourcing, fúze a akvizice, pružná pracovní doba, personální informační systémy a změny v odměňování zaměstnanců. Empirická část práce spočívá na analýze odpovědí respondentů. V této části práce byl připraven dotazník a byla použita metoda pohovoru. Cílem diplomové práce je analyzovat využití současných a budoucích trendů v řízení lidských zdrojů v podnikatelské praxi. H1: „Strategické procesy řízení lidských zdrojů zvyšují kompatibilitu společnosti“ H2: „Lidé jsou nejdůležitějším aktivem společnosti jakékoli velikosti a jakéhokoli sektoru, který může organizacím pomoci dosáhnout konkurenceschopnosti.

Abstract:

Over the past decade, Human resources management has changed a lot. New challenges and new trends are emerging. These trends and challenges are used differently and affect employees, HR managers and companies. The diploma thesis is focused on an analysis of the present and future of the Strategic Human resource management in Business practice. In the theoretical part of the diploma thesis, the basic information about this issue, new trends, and challenges, such as talent management, outsourcing, mergers and acquisitions, flexible working hours, personnel information systems, and changes in the remuneration of employees were described. The practical part of the thesis is based on the response of respondents. In this part of the work, a questionnaire was prepared and the interview method was used. The main purpose of the diploma thesis is to analyze the using of present and future human resource management trends in business practice. H1: „Strategic Human Resource Management processes increase the competitiveness of the company” H2: „People are the most important assets of the company of any size and any sector that can help to the organizations achieve competitiveness.“
