Práce se pokouší naznačit vývoj Irské dramatiky v souvislosti s historickým vývojem samotného Irska a následně ukázat, jak se motivy v této dramatice promítají do tvorby současného irského dramatika ? Abstract:
The thesis aims to describe the Irish drama in relation to the historical development of Ireland itself and consequently point out, how motives mirror within artwork of contemporary Irish playwright - Tom Murphy.
