Cílem bakalářské práce je objasnění podmínek INCOTERMS 2000, jejich účelu a rozsahu. Změny, které přineslo nové vydání INCOTERMS 2000 jsou vysvětleny spolu s částí týkající se řádného a náležitého odvolání se na INCOTERMS. Abstract:
This thesis describes the delivery terms INCOTERMS 2000, their purpose and their scope. The main innovations in INCOTERMS 2000 are explained together with instruction how to use INCOTERMS correctly. Next part of this thesis describes each delivery term according to the rights and obligations of the buyer and seller. The terms are also divided according to the type of transport.
