Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá upínáním a přepravou obrobků pomocí technologické palety. Konkrétně je v práci navrhována technologická paleta a upínací mechanismus pro upnutí technologické palety do frézky, postavené v rámci předchozí diplomové práce. V rámci upínání je i řešen přesun technologické palety z přepravního zařízení mezioperační dopravy do prostoru frézky. V práci jsou ukázány navrhované varianty řešení a vybraná varianta je podrobněji rozebrána. Následně je proveden návrh zařízení mezioperační dopravy, které bude zajišťovat pohyb technologické palety mezi jednotlivými periferiemi (sklad, kontrola, frézka) v rámci školního modelu továrny průmyslu 4.0.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with the significance of clamping and transportation of workpieces using a technological pallet. In particular, the work proposes a technological pallet and a mechanism for clamping the technological pallet into a milling machine built as a part of the previous thesis. As a part of the clamping process, transfer of the technological pallet from the transportation equipment of inter-operational transport into the workspace of the milling machine is solved as well. The thesis shows the suggested variants of the solution and the chosen variant is analyzed in closer detail. Subsequently, equipment for inter-operational transport is proposed, which shall ensure transport of the technological pallet among the individual peripherals (storage, inspection, milling machine) within the school model of 4.0 factory.
