Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu dat poskytnutých společnostmi Medispo a Magicware pro následnou predikci glykémie pomocí těchto dat. Práce popisuje existující přístupy pro predikci hladiny glukózy v krvi a testuje modely vytvořené v rámci BGLP Challenge. Analýza modelů se soustředí na důležitost parametrů využitých pro predikci. Přesnost jednotlivých modelů je porovnána v závěru práce.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of health data provided by Medispo and Magicware for the subsequent prediction of glycemia. The thesis describes existing approaches for predicting blood glucose levels and tests the models developed within the BGLP Challenge.
