Analysis of internal regulations in the field of accounting of the city of Klatovy

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vnitřními účetními předpisy územních samosprávných celků. Je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. První kapitola teoretické části se zabývá obecně veřejným sektorem a financováním veřejného sektoru, zejména pak územních samosprávných celků. Druhá kapitola se věnuje pravidlům účetnictví ve vybraných účetních jednotkách. Třetí část se zabývá metodikou tvorby vnitřních předpisů. V praktické části je provedena analýza vnitřních účetních předpisů konkrétního územního samosprávného celku, kterým je město Klatovy.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis deals with internal accounting regulations of territorial self-governing units. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The first chapter of the theoretical part focuses on public sector in general and the financing of the public sector, especially financing of the territorial self-governing units. The second chapter deals with the rules of accounting in selected accounting units. The third part deals with the methodology of creating internal regulations. In the practical part, an analysis of the internal accounting regulations of a specific territorial self-governing unit, which is the city of Klatovy, is performed.
