Abstract:

Realizace procesu certifikovaneho natisku ve workflow Apogee Prepress splnila po.adovane vysledky. P.inosne bylo zji.t.ni, .e v.rohodnost natisku lze ov..ovat pomoci aplikace Microsoft Office Excel 2007 na zaklad. znamych vztah.. To take vedlo k podrobn.j.i studii chovani natisku i v porovnani s produk.nim tiskem. Charakter k.ivek pr.b.h. p.ir.stk. tonovych hodnot z nam..enych hodnot klinu UGRA/FOGRA Media Wedge CMYK TIFF V3 ukazal na mirne nedostatky v podani sv.tlych ton. v rozsahu 0 a. 10 %. Porovnavani t.chto k.ivek s tiskem, kde hodnoty byly naopak o malo vy..i ne. je standard, vysv.tlilo vizualni odli.nost produk.niho tisku od natisku. Abstract:

Completion of the process of the certified proof in workflow Apogee Prepress has brought the expected results. It was beneficial to find out that the credibility of the proof can be verified using the application Microsoft Office Excel 2007 based on known relations. It led to a more detailed study of the proof behavior in comparison with production printing. The curve characteristics of courses of tone value increase from the measured UGRA/ FOGRA Media Wedge CMYK showed some imperfections in presentation of light tones ranging from 0 to 10 %. Mainly cyan and magenta colors showed lower tone value increases than required. Comparing these curves with printing where the values were slightly higher than standard explained visual difference of production printing from the proof. This fact raised a question why monitoring of tone value increase simulation is not also the subject of certification. The Agfa Company obviously noticed this fact and provided their evaluation with orientation graphs. Another role in the variation of color presentation will belong to color deviation ÄE*ab. As a value gained from the square root of the sum of quadratic values, it provides only positive result without detailed specification of the deviation direction. It can happen then that two identical proofs with color deviation e.g. four will have mutual deviation eight. It represents a big difference. Even if the criteria defined by standard have some minor difficulties, the role of certified proof in an idea of production printing colorfulness is nevertheless meaningful.
