Abstract:
Mořské i sladkovodní řasy jsou významným zdrojem vlákniny, minerálních látek, proteinů a vitamínů. Diplomová práce byla zaměřena na stanovení proteinů v mořských a sladkovodních řasách elektroforetickou metodou SDS-PAGE.
Abstract:
Marine and freshwater algae are an important source of fiber, minerals, proteins and vitamins. This diploma thesis is based on determination of proteins in the marine and freshwater algae by electrophoretic SDS-PAGE.
