Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá výskytem bakterií v chronických ranách. V teoretické části jsou popsány typy chronických ran, jejich hojení a způsob léčby. Dále jsou zde uvedeny druhy mikroorganismů vyskytující se v chronických ranách a metody testování citlivosti mikroorganismů na antibiotika. The diploma thesis deals with the occurrence of bacteria in chronic wounds. The theoretical part describes types of chronic wounds, their healing and the way of treatment. In addition, there are describes types of microorganisms occurring in chronic wounds and methods of susceptibility testing of microorganisms to antibiotics.
