Abstract:
Předmětem práce je analýza aktuálních případů zneužití dominantního postavení z pohledu reformy aplikace článku 82 SES. Cílem práce je identifikovat hlavní charakteristiky modernizačního více ekonomického přístupu a analyzovat jejich projevy ve vybraných aktuálních případech.
Abstract:
The subject of this thesis is an analysis of current cases of abuse of dominant position from the article 82 review point of view. The aim of the thesis is to identify key characteristics of current more economic approach and to analyze its impact on the chosen cases.
