This bachelor thesis deals with a comparison and development of a language in the articles connected with Queen Elizabeth?s II Coronation which was held in 1953 and the Diamond Jubilee of her reign from 2012. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá srovnáním a vývojem jazyka v článcích spojených s korunovací královny Alžběty II. v roce 1953 a oslavou diamantového jubilea její vlády v roce 2012. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části je popsán její život, tisk, rozdíl mezi bulvárním a seriozním tiskem.
