Specifics Perioperative Care in Transplant Heart from the Perspective of Nurse

Abstract:

Bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na specifika perioperační péče u pacientů s transplantací srdce. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jak je prováděna perioperační a pooperační ošetřovatelská péče právě u těchto pacientů. Teoretická část je tvořena kapitolami, ve kterých je popsána historie transplantací, indikace k transplantaci, samotná transplantace a operační techniky. Nedílnou součástí teoretické části je také transplantační zákon a jeho kritéria. Praktická část je zaměřena na kvalitativní výzkum metodou případové studie (2 kazuistiky) u klientů s indikací k transplantaci srdce. Kazuistiky jsou zaměřené na zjištění, popis a analýzu perioperační péče u těchto klientů. Data pro kvalitativní výzkum byla získána v rámci ošetřovatelské praxe v IKEM Praha. Jako výstup práce vznikl návrh mapy perioperační péče u klienta s transplantací srdce z pohledu sestry.

Abstract:

The bachelor thesis focuses on the specifics of perioperative care in patients with heart transplantation. The aim of the work was to find out how perioperative and postoperative nursing care is performed in these patients. The theoretical part consists of chapters in which the history of transplants, indications for transplantation, transplantation itself and surgical techniques are described. An integral part of the theoretical part is also the transplant law and its criteria. The practical part is focused on qualitative research, which is represented by 2 case studies. The first part is an introduction to both patients and their diagnoses. Case reports are based on preoperative and postoperative care in individual departments. The research was performed on patients during hospitalization at the Department of Anesthesiology and Resuscitation at IKEM in Prague. The practical part also describes the surgical part itself. The result of the practical part is a map of care, which is divided into individual postoperative periods.
